The Progressive International Julienne and Slicer has three slicing thicknesses that can be easily adjusted with your thumb.  This slicer can easily transform from slicing to julienne blades.  The wide surface of the julienne and slicer accommodates larger fruits and vegetables with ease.  The angle of the stainless steel blade provides more efficient slicing and the non-skid ridged surface provides needed stability when using this julienne and slicer over a bowl or on a counter.  There is a safety lock for storage of this julienne and slicer and a protective finger guard while in use.
