This Nonstick Roasting Pan by Swiss Diamond is a convenient larger size, making it perfect for a large lasagna or hearty casserole. This non-stick cooking surface allows for easy food release and effortless clean-up plus, will not peel, crack or blister. The ergonomically designed handles stay cool up to 260°C/500°F. The Swiss Diamond XD Nonstick Roasting Pan is made in Switzerland and offers a limited lifetime warranty.
The new XD line by Swiss Diamonds has 20% more diamonds than before, making this roasting pan even tougher. The XD diamond-reinforced coating features an improved seal between the non-stick cooking surface and aluminum base, providing a tougher and more corrosion-resistant layer. This revolutionary coating provides better food release properties to allow cooking without oil for healthier eating.
Because diamonds conduct heat so efficiently and quickly, the XD coating maximizes heat transfer to eliminate hot spots, providing you with an excellent base for cooking. With such great heat distribution, cooking your favorite sauces and soups will take less time and less energy with less stirring. There is also a heat-tempered, glass lid with an adjustable steam vent to control the amount of moisture in the pot, ensuring optimal texture and flavor.
