The Viking 3-Ply Stainless Steel 10-Piece Cookware Set features three layers of stainless steel and aluminum to distribute heat evenly throughout the bottom and sides of the pan. The interior of the sauce pans and sauté pans are marked with easy-to-use measurement markings to quickly measure cooking liquids. The cookware features the signature Viking solid cast stainless steel handles that are attached with stainless steel rivets for a lifetime of use. The stainless steel pans are oven, grill, and broiler safe to 600°F. This set also features swing lids. The sauté pan lid fits the 10 inch fry pan, and the 3 Qt. sauce pan lid fits the 8 inch fry pan. All of the lids and cookware are dishwasher safe, but we always recommend hand-washing to help maintain the mirror polished finish and extend the life of the cookware.
