3 stars for confusing instructions which do not match auto-weighting feature. Manual refers to ounces and grams, but machine measures cups. Recipe page calls for 250g or 8.8 oz. First try we kept adding flour until the led showed 8,0-that just didn't seem right. We thought there was an error with the auto-weighting because there was a real lot of flour. Finally, we tested the auto-weight by comparing a manual weight on a kitchen scale. We measured 250g/8oz on a scale and spooned it in. Watching the led read out on the machine's auto-weighting our pre-weighed portion came to 2.1. Pretty obvious it doesn't show ounces. |
