Steeped in tradition, the Forged 1890 bread knife is our latest take on our award-winning bread knife shape. Fully hot-forged from X50CrMoV15 steel, the serrated blade will stand the test of time, staying sharp and always cutting clean. The full tang blade provides exceptional balance, which brings confidence to your hand even when cutting loaves with extra tough crust. The heat-treated beech wood handle provides water resistance for easy maintenance. Bevel Angle 15° each side | Rockwell Hardness between 57 and 59 HRC.
