Rennet is an enzyme that coagulates the milk, causing it to separate into solids (curds) and liquid (whey). This enzyme is crucial to the cheese making process. The New England CheeseMaking Company's Vegetable Rennet Tablets contains no animal products and also gluten and NON-GMO. 1/2 of a rennet tablet will set 2 gallons of milk in approximately 45 minutes at 86-95F. Each tablet is scored into 4 segments for easy of use and breaking. This product contains 10 vegetable rennet tablets can be used in the making of may different cheeses.

Microbial coagulant (Mucur Pussillus and/or Mucur Miehei)
Megnesium Stearate
Microcrystaline Cellulose
